Ingredients
- 1 large (or 1.5 small) ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
- 1/6 cup (40 g) maple syrup (or coconut sugar or honey)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (35 g) peanut butter or another nut butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Dark chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (you can add chocolate chips or nuts). Pour the batter into 6 muffin molds. You can sprinkle some nuts on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
