No flour, no refined sugar, no guilt!
It’s shaping up to be a lovely autumn 😅
This cupcake is not just a delicious dessert, but also a true health helper, especially for women. Without white flour and refined sugar, it’s light and healthy. And the combination of cocoa and dark chocolate makes it especially valuable during PMS. Do you know why? Cocoa and dark chocolate are rich in magnesium, which helps reduce stress and fatigue, as well as curb sugar cravings. These ingredients promote the release of endorphins — the happiness hormones — which is especially important during emotional ups and downs.
This recipe is super simple: just 6 ingredients and 5 minutes to prepare, and the result will delight you with a rich and deep flavor!
