160 g all-purpose flour

50 g rye flour

1 egg

100 g natural honey

40 g brown sugar

50 g coconut oil (can be substituted with butter)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the egg and brown sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer while gradually adding honey, softened oil, and vanilla extract. Sift the flour, then gradually incorporate it into the wet mixture along with baking powder and salt. Knead the dough until smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of about 4 mm. Use cookie cutters to shape the dough into desired forms. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 11-13 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
