Coconut Cookies FlourLess

Yield: 18 coockies

Ingredients

Perfect Coconut Cookies

  • 250 g of dry coconut flakes(or about 1.5 cups or 15 generous tablespoons)

  • 150 g sugar (1 cup or 6-7 tbsp)

  • 3 eggs

Instructions

If your coconut flakes are sweet - reduce the sugar Mix everything together, shape into small balls/pyramids, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-22 minutes.

There's one secret. If you put the coconut cookies in an airtight container and eat them the next day—they will impress you even more!!
