While I personally prefer my granola to be sweet and incredibly crunchy, you should feel free to get creative and make it your own!   2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oats, flour, salt, nuts, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients: coconut oil, honey, and orange juice.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola in a thin, even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring at least once halfway through to ensure even baking.
  7. And that’s it! Your perfect batch of homemade granola is ready for a healthy breakfast!
