Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until you have a consistent dough.
  2. Place the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes to help it set.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Roll the chilled dough into 16 walnut-sized balls.
  5. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet, pressing down slightly to flatten the tops.
  6. Bake the cookies for approximately 18 minutes.
