This easy oatmeal flourless cookie recipe is so straightforward that I won’t bore you with a long introduction. Instead of spending time reading, just head to the kitchen and bake these simple treats to see just how effortless they are to make! 😉
Ingredients
Oatmeal Flourless Cookies
- 200 gr oatmeal (ground into flour)
- 50 gr sugar
- 30 gr honey
- 100 gr butter (room T)
- salt
- 5 gr baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until you have a consistent dough.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes to help it set.
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Roll the chilled dough into 16 walnut-sized balls.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet, pressing down slightly to flatten the tops.
- Bake the cookies for approximately 18 minutes.
