90 gr cream in the dark chocolate part

Instructions
-
Prepare the Chocolate Cheesecake Base & White Layer: For the base, mix the softened butter with biscuit crumbs, press it into a form to create the crust, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. While it chills, preheat your oven to 110-120 degrees.
To make the white chocolate layer, pour 90 gr of hot cream over the white chocolate. Let it stand for a moment, then stir until smooth. Combine the whole egg with the yolk using a fork and divide the mixture into two equal parts (about 35 gr each). Mix 150 gr of cream cheese with half of the egg mass, add the white chocolate and cream mixture, and pour it into the mold over the chilled sand base.
If you prefer the layers not to mix, place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes at this stage so the cheese filling sets slightly on top.
However, I wanted to get a dark layer âsurroundedâ by a light one. To achieve this, I placed the mold with the white part into the oven for 10 minutes to warm it up, making the light layer more liquid before adding the next part.

Create the Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Layer & Bake: For the dark layer, pour 90 gr of hot cream over the milk chocolate, let it stand, and stir until smooth. Combine the remaining 150 gr of cream cheese with the second half of the egg mass, then fold in the milk chocolate mixture. Pour this carefully into the form on top of the white layer.
Bake your delicious cheesecake for approximately 120 minutes. Once done, let it cool inside the oven with the door slightly ajar. afterward, refrigerate for 6 hours to allow it to set completely. Feel free to decorate your finished dessert with fresh berries as desired.
