Chocolate-apple muffins

How good are these cupcakes? The fact that they are from apples. What else? The fact that apples do not need to be pre-cooked! What else? If you replace apples with zucchini or raw pumpkin or even beets, you still get delicious muffins! And this dough is prepared in 1 container. I think - it sounds like BINGO!

Although the chocolate may look like the star of this recipe, it’s actually the apples that give them so much delicious flavor, texture, and moisture.

Chocolate-apple muffins

Yield: 12 pieces

Ingredients

Chocolate-apple cupcake

  • 85 gr flour

  • 40 gr cocoa powder (no sugar)

  • 75 gr brown sugar

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 65 ml milk

  • 60 ml vegetable oil

  • vanilla

  • 1 small apple (grated) about 100 gr

  • 90 gr chocolate chopped

Instructions

Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. In another container, mix all liquid ingredients - eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, and apples. Mix the dry part with the liquid, and add chocolate. Submit to forms Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes
