How good are these cupcakes? The fact that they are from apples. What else? The fact that apples do not need to be pre-cooked! What else? Although the chocolate may look like the star of this recipe, it’s actually the apples that give them so much delicious flavor, texture, and moisture.

Ingredients
Chocolate-apple cupcake

85 gr flour

40 gr cocoa powder (no sugar)

75 gr brown sugar

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda
-
¼ tsp salt
-
1 large egg
-
65 ml milk
-
60 ml vegetable oil
-
vanilla
-
1 small apple (grated) about 100 gr

90 gr chocolate chopped
Instructions
Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. In another container, mix all liquid ingredients - eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, and apples. Mix the dry part with the liquid, and add chocolate. Submit to forms Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes
