These Almond Cookies are an all-time favorite for many people. First of all - you can use any nuts to your taste! But the best part about these easy almond cookies is that they are easy to turn common into a gluten-free option.

Orange cookies with sliced Almonds

Yield: 30 people

Ingredients

Cookies оrange-nuts

1 egg
70 gr sugar
100 gr butter
orange peel
60 ml orange juice
200 gr flour
70 gr nuts (of your choice)
1 tsp baking powder

Glaze:

1 egg's white
1 tbsp powdered sugar
100 g almond flakes

Instructions

Beat softened butter with sugar. Add egg and orange zest, and beat.

Add flour and baking powder, juice, and mix. Knead soft dough. Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Then divide the dough into 30 pieces.

Lightly beat the egg's white with sugar powder with a fork - for the glaze. Just to combine. ⠀ Shape the dough into a ball, dip it in the sugar-egg glaze, and then roll in the almond flakes.

Lay out on a baking sheet.

Arrange the balls on parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
