Трюфели със сушени боровинки

Тези боровинкови трюфели са сладки, вкусни и толкова лесни за приготвяне. Всяка партида прави всички трюфели, така че е страхотно за хранене на тълпа. Необходими са само 10 минути, за да ги направите.

Всички тези трюфели се появиха, тъй като обожавам сушени боровинки. Така че направих тези, версия с трюфели от червена боровинка, но ако не харесвате червена боровинка - можете да използвате всякакви плодове, които харесвате (стафиди, сушени кайсии, сини сливи или изобщо да не добавяте плодове).

Трюфели със сушени боровинки

Количество: 30 бонбони

Съставки

  • 30 грама 33% тежка сметана

  • 12 грама глюкозен сироп

  • 110 грама бял шоколад 33%

  • 20 грама 82,5% масло

  • 7 грама ром (използвам Bacardi както винаги)

  • 35 грама сушени боровинки (или други плодове по ваш избор)

  • 100 грама кокосови стърготини (за покритие) или бял шоколад, ако искате да правите трюфели с шоколадова кора

Инструкции

В тенджера смесете тежката сметана и глюкозния сироп и ги оставете да заври.

Изсипете горещата сметанова смес върху белия шоколад.

Добавете сушените боровинки към сместа.

Смесете сместа, докато стане гладка и еднородна с помощта на потапящ се блендер.

Добавете маслото и рома и разбъркайте отново, докато се смесят добре.

Изсипете сместа в купа и я покрийте с найлоново фолио, като се уверите, че докосва повърхността, за да предотвратите образуването на кожа.

Приберете в хладилник за 24 часа.

След 24 часа разточете сместа на кръгли трюфели, всеки с тегло приблизително 25 грама.

Оваляйте всеки трюфел в кокосови стърготини или ги потопете в разтопен шоколад според вашите предпочитания.
