Easy Сhocolate Fudge

Instructions

  1. Start by brewing espresso in your coffee machine.
  2. Combine the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan.
  3. Gently heat the mixture just until about 60% of the chocolate has melted. It is crucial not to let it dissolve completely at this stage!
  4. Take the pan off the heat. Stir in the vanilla and your brewed espresso. Pour the rich mixture into a mold, sprinkle a little coarse salt on top, and let it set at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Once firm, cut the fudge into pieces. Using gloved hands, roll each piece into a ball, then coat them in cocoa powder. They’re now ready to enjoy!
  6. You can store these delicious homemade sweets at room temperature if you plan to eat them within a day, or keep them in the refrigerator to stay fresh longer.
