Chocolate condensed milk fudge recipe with only a few ingredients! This is the best, easiest chocolate fudge you will ever make in under 5 mins!

This only basic recipe is endlessly adaptable.
You can make it with different kinds of chocolate, add nuts or dried fruit, switch up the extracts and flavorings, and even change the color.

Ingredients

150 gr chocolate

170 gr sweet condensed milk

a pinch of salt

vanilla

1 tbsp espresso
-
2 tbsp cocoa for covering
Instructions
Brew espresso in a coffee machine. Combine chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan. Heat until 60% of the chocolate is dissolved (NOT ALL!) Remove from heat, add vanilla and espresso, pour into a mold, sprinkle coarse salt on top, and leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours. Then - cut into pieces, form each into a ball with gloved hands, roll in cocoa and you can eat! You can store such sweets at room temperature (if you promise to eat them in a day) or in the refrigerator.
