Tasty and moist orange cake, topped with delicious caramel. YUM!
In this recipe, I used "cream sirené". It's Bulgarian cream cheese. You can use any high-fat cottage cheese or cream cheese of your choice.

First off, you'll need a bundt pan. If you want to impress someone use the prettiest you've got. Why? Because the pan - is the easiest way how to make your cake looks gorgeous. It's so cool - you don't need for stacking layers, frosting, etc. Just using the beautiful pan will deliver simple beauty on the plate!

Ingredients
For bundt cake dough

3 large eggs

200 gr sugar

a pinch of salt

vanilla
-
160 gr butter

260 gr cream cheese

300 gr flour
-
15 gr baking powder

zest of 2 oranges
Caramel

90 gr sugar
-
75 gr cream
-
20 gr butter
Instructions
Caramel
Heat sugar in a saucepan until caramelized. Add hot cream. Reduce the heat, stirring - wait until the mass stops bubbling. Remove from heat, add butter, and beat with a blender.
For bundt cake
Preheat oven to 175 degrees
In a bowl, mix sugar and soft butter until smooth. Add cream cheese and add eggs, salt, and vanilla one at a time, and mix well with orange zest. Sift flour with baking powder. Mix everything well, we will get a thick dough. We shift the finished dough into the form. We send it to a preheated oven at 170 C and bake it for about 45-55 minutes.
Check the finished cake with a wooden skewer.
