Not-Cobb salad
Prep Time: 25 min / Cook Time: 10 min / Total Time: 35 min
Why is he NOT-Cobb?
Because real Cobb salad has a patented recipe. And it should include crispy fried bacon. Cobb salad should also include blue cheese.
But unfortunately, my husband doesn't eat bacon, and my kids don't eat blue cheese...
Therefore, all this is not in my salad ... But if suddenly you trust me a little - try my option. If you want the classics: take the blue cheese and add the bacon, so crunchy!

Cobb is a typical salad in US cuisine, usually consisting of chopped leafy greens, tomatoes, fried bacon, boiled or fried chicken, avocados, boiled eggs, onions, Roquefort cheese, and vinaigrette dressing. Sometimes it also contains black olives. The origins of the Cobb Salad are up for discussion. Some say it was invented by the restaurant’s executive chef, Robert Kreis, who created it for the restaurant’s launch in 1929. Others believe that Robert Howard Cobb himself made the much-loved salad one evening while searching the kitchen for something to eat.
