Oatmeal flourless-eggless cookies

Prep Time: 10 min / Cook Time: 20 min / Total Time: 30 min

Since I use flour in most of my baked goodies, I thought it would be good to have a great cookie recipe that I can bake or share with others that can only eat gluten-free.

The recipe is so simple that I will not even describe it for a long time. Just cook it - instead of wasting time on it - read how easy it is to cook 😉

Oatmeal flourless-eggless cookies

Yield: 16 pieces

Ingredients

Oatmeal flourless cookies

  • 200 gr oatmeal (ground into flour)

  • 50 gr sugar

  • 30 gr honey

  • 100 gr butter (room T)

  • salt

  • 5 gr baking powder

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Put the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes Preheat oven to 180 degrees Roll into 16 walnut-sized balls Spread on a baking sheet, slightly flatten on top. Bake for about 18 minutes.
