It's so easy to make - I don't even understand - why haven't I made granola before myself? After all, in the store, it is absolutely not so tasty!

Granola with bananas and nut butter

Yield: 20 portions

Ingredients

Granola with bananas

  • 280 grams of oatmeal

  • 80 gr peanuts (or another nut on your choice)

  • 40gr raw almond flakes

  • 25 gr unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 110 gr honey

  • 30 gr coconut oil

  • 100 grams of peanut butter (can be replaced with 50-60 grams of coconut oil or any takhan or takhini 1 to 1 )

  • 100 g bananas, ripe and mashed (weigh without the skin!)

  • vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Mix everything and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes. At the 13th minute, carefully turn over, trying to leave whole pieces. Easy! Isn't it?

Atop each petal sits a generous dollop of smooth, creamy nut-flavored ganache, creating a visually pleasing contrast with the darker cookie base. In the center of each flower, there are fresh, plump raspberries, adding a vibrant red pop of color. The cookies are further adorned with small, delicate, purple edible flowers, and a few tiny green leaves, enhancing their elegant and refined appearance.
