Once you realize how incredibly easy it is to make homemade banana granola, you’ll genuinely wonder why you haven’t been doing it all along. The truth is, store-bought options just can’t compare to the fresh, delicious taste of this batch made right in your own kitchen.
Ingredients
Granola with bananas
-
280 grams of oatmeal
-
80 gr peanuts (or another nut on your choice)
-
40gr raw almond flakes
-
25 gr unsweetened coconut flakes
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
110 gr honey
-
30 gr coconut oil
-
100 grams of peanut butter (can be replaced with 50-60 grams of coconut oil or any takhan or takhini 1 to 1 )
-
100 g bananas, ripe and mashed (weigh without the skin!)
-
vanilla
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- To get started, simply mix all the prepared ingredients together until they are well combined. Pop the mixture into the oven at 180 degrees C and bake for about 25 minutes. Around the 13-minute mark, carefully flip the granola, trying to keep the clusters intact for that perfect crunch. It really is that simple to bake your own granola.
