If you're looking for a very rich dessert, you've found it. This chocolate cheesecake is everything you want it to be: rich, moist, dense, and hugely chocolate. Not only that — it's simple to put together, requiring neither special ingredients.

Ingredients
The basis

200 gr cookies

50 gr butter
Cheesy chocolate layer

150 gr cream cheese in the white part

100 gr white chocolate

90 gr cream in white chocolate

150 gr cream cheese in the dark part

100 gr milk chocolate
-
90 gr cream in the dark chocolate part

1 whole egg
-
1 yolk
Instructions
For the base, mix soft butter with biscuit crumbs, form a base, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 110-120 degrees.
White chocolate pours 90 g of HOT cream, let stand and stir until smooth.
Combine the egg with the yolk with a fork and divide into 2 equal parts (35 gr each) Combine 150 g of cream cheese with half the egg mass, add white chocolate with cream, and pour into a mold over the sand base.
If you want the layers NOT to MIX - at this stage send the mold to the freezer for 10 minutes so that the cheese filling "grabs on top" a little.
I had an idea to get a dark layer "surrounded" by a light one, so I reversed the shape with the white part - warmed it up in the oven for 10 minutes in the oven so that the light part becomes more liquid.
For a dark cheese layer - milk chocolate, pour 90 g of HOT cream, let stand and then stir until smooth. Combine 150 g of cream cheese with the second half of the egg mass add milk chocolate with cream Then - pour into the form on top of the white layer.
Bake for approximately 120 minutes. Let the cheese cool in the oven with the door ajar. Then refrigerate for 6 hours. Decorate with berries as desired.
