Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
Wet ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

120 ml milk

60 ml vegetable oil

90 g sugar

3 tbsp nut butter (tahini or other)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:

200 g wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

50 g cocoa powder

A pinch of salt

100 g chocolate chips, plus extra for sprinkling on top

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Add wet ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle additional chocolate chips and nuts on top, then place in the oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven, let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and slice into servings. Enjoy your meal!
