- 170 g flour
- 170 g semolina
- 140 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 medium apples
- 30 g butter

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, semolina, sugar, and baking powder for your layered semolina pie. Mix these dry ingredients well.
