How to Make Almond-Apricot Energy Balls

  1. Soak raw almonds overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  2. If the almonds have skins, peel them after soaking. Blend them with shredded coconut, dried apricots, and coconut oil until you get a dense mass.
  3. Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to form equal-sized balls. Compress them with your hands and roll them in cocoa, chocolate, or nut flour.
  4. Your delicious almond-apricot energy balls are ready!

How to Make Carrot Energy Bites

  1. Blend dried apricots, orange zest, and carrots in a food processor until smooth.
