This Sweet & Simple Crunchy Granola is the perfect addition to your yogurt or simply as a snack. It also makes a great gift!

The best thing about this recipe is that you can make it your way.

I like my granola sweet, suuuuuper crunchy.

But please, feel free to add chocolate chips, dried fruit, or whatever else tickles your granola fancy.

Delicious crunchy gramola

Yield: 7 servings

Ingredients

Granola

  • 200 gr oatmeal

  • 40 gr flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 200 gr mixed nuts

  • 60 gr dried cranberries

  • 40 gr coconut oil (at all you can use any kind of vegetable oil)

  • 80 gr liquid honey (3 tablespoons)

  • 50 gr orange juice

Instructions

Baking

Mix the mass until the ingredients are moistened.

Bake in the oven preheated to 170 C degrees for about 30 minutes.

Crunchy needs to be stirred at least 1 time - in the middle of the process.

Aaaaaaaaaand that's all! Your perfect healthy breakfast is READY!

Just add any yogurt and berries.
